Our Story
Limin' Shack (the early days) under construction...owners Matt & Karin Connelly transformed an unused garden shed into their backyard Caribbean dream bar! Having spent 20 years traveling the Caribbean, these two truly call the islands their home away from home. Says Matt, "We took a little something from all of our favorite spots all over the Caribbean and brought it home to the Limin' Shack". There are stickers and flags representing all their favorite island haunts...from the BVI's Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke and Willy T's on Norman Island, to Happy Island in the Grenadines, to Sunshine Shack or Dune Preserve on Anguilla...the Limin' Shack will truly bring you back to your favorite little beach bar.
